Jeanne teaches meditation, compassion practices, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). She has studied and practised mindfulness for eighteen years, teaching for the past ten, leading classes, retreats, conference and corporate sessions.
She is a certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Teacher (MBSR), trained by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn and the University of Massachusetts Centre for Mindfulness and Medicine. MBSR is the gold standard for mindfulness training in the world, and Jeanne is one of only six certified Canadian teachers. Jeanne is a certified Life Skills Coach Trainer with twenty-three years experience facilitating adult programs, in Saskatoon. She is especially drawn to nature based mindfulness practise and compassion practises, as powerful ways of connecting us with our own inner nature of peace and stillness.
