Dear friends, I wanted to begin here with a message about mindfulness in this ongoing challenging time. Now is the time to feel our feet on the earth, rest in the breath, connect with our hearts, and practise wise response. The practise is big enough to hold this moment, too.
I am certified to teach in both the secular mindfulness approach and also in the Insight Meditation tradition, which is the Buddhist foundation of our modern day mindfulness practise. Both approaches speak to our universal human condition and how we can cultivate peace.
I am teaching classes and retreats through the Saskatoon Insight Meditation Community, and other insight meditation organizations - everyone is welcome. Everyone is also welcome to the drop in Insight Meditation sit on Wednesdays. You can find out about classes and retreats, and register for the Wednesday night drop in group at www.saskatooninsight.com With every good wish, Jeanne About Jeanne:
