Dear friends, I wanted to begin here with a message about mindfulness in this challenging time. Now is the time to feel our feet on the earth, rest in the breath, connect with our hearts, and practise wise response. The practise is big enough to hold this moment, too.
I am offering an online class on Mondays, April 27 to May 11, with the intention of cultivating a sense of connection and community in this time of physical distance. You will find it under classes, above, or you can register here With every good wish, Jeanne
