Dear friends, I wanted to begin here with a message about mindfulness in this ongoing challenging time. Now is the time to feel our feet on the earth, rest in the breath, connect with our hearts, and practise wise response. The practise is big enough to hold this moment, too.
In the new year I am offering four series of classes, all of which can support your resilience in these times. I look forward to practicing with you.
Introduction to Mindfulness: Presence of Heart, Mondays, Feb 22 - Mar 8 Quiet Joy - Support for These Times: Mondays, Mar 15 - Mar 29 Indigenous Presence: Tuesdays, April 6 - April 27
Resilience in Community: 3 monthly evenings of relational practise exploring resilience. We will enjoy the refuge of the community, combining meditating with small group reflective practises. Tuesdays, Feb 2, Mar 2, and Mar 30.
These classes are based in the Insight Meditation tradition.
