Mindfulness Meditation: Presence of Heart
Mindfulness Meditation nurtures balance and a presence of heart, for ourselves, our experience, and others. This class introduces mindfulness of the body, thoughts, and emotions, and combines these with practices of kindness, compassion, and joy, to cultivate peace and contentment. These two wings of the practise nurture a presence of heart that can be transformative in our lives. Jeanne will combine instruction with plenty of time for coaching and questions. This class includes practise with guided meditations, and a handout package of resources.

(no class March 8)
Mindfulness and Self Compassion
