Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
This transformative course is based on three decades of research and is widely used in medical centers, business and community settings worldwide. This immersion in the practices of mindfulness as well as compassion, kindness, and joy supports the integration of the practise in everyday life.
Each class is 2.5 hours in length to allow time for mindful movement, meditation practise, group dialogue, gentle interactive small group work, and participatory exercises. The day long retreat helps to anchor the practise. This class is 27 hours in total.
